Jodi Kriewaldt
Ms. Kriewaldt, founder of Kriewaldt Appraisals, has been a real estate appraiser since 1986. She has extensive experience in appraising residential properties. She is the holder of certified licensed number 927-009 from the state of Wisconsin.
Ms. Kriewaldt has taken numerous real estate classes and seminars through the Appraisal Institute and other real estate organizations. She is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Appraisers, the Realtors Association of Northeast Wisconsin, and the Green Lake Ripon Board of Realtors.
Prior to her work as a real estate appraiser, Ms. Kriewaldt was the owner / broker of two Century 21 franchises.
Beau Kriewaldt
Mr. Kriewaldt has been a real estate appraiser since 2000. He is the holder of certified license number 1469-009 from the state of Wisconsin. He has experience in numerous areas of residential appraising, including FHA appraisals, REO appraisals and relocation appraisals. Mr. Kriewaldt has taken numerous classes for continuing education through the Appraisal Institute and other real estate organizations. He is a member of the Realtors Association of Northeast Wisconsin and the Green Lake Ripon Board of Realtors.
